The person receiving the voucher should contact us and book at least one week in advance to secure their preferred date.

1. Who can use the workshop voucher?

The voucher can be used by the named recipient or gifted to someone else.
It is valid for one person per voucher purchased.

2. How do I book using the voucher?

The voucher holder must contact us directly to schedule their workshop.
We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice to confirm availability.

3. What workshops can the voucher be used for?

Vouchers can be applied to eligible private 1-on-1 workshops such as ring making, wax carving, gemstone jewellery, and other available experiences.
The final selection should be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Is silver included in the voucher price?

No. The voucher covers the workshop experience and guidance.
Silver is charged separately based on the design, size, and final weight of the piece created.

5. How long is the voucher valid?

Vouchers are valid for two months from the date of purchase.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

6. Can the voucher be exchanged for cash?

No. Workshop vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
They are valid only for workshop experiences within the stated validity period.

7. Is the voucher refundable?

Workshop vouchers are non-refundable once issued.
However, booking dates can be adjusted with prior notice.

8. Can I buy multiple vouchers for a group?

Yes. You can purchase multiple vouchers if you are gifting the experience to more than one person.
Each participant requires one voucher.
