The highlight of our Ho Chi Minh trip! The custom ring making workshop held by Diu & Louis was 10/10, probably one of those that you will remember for life. They guided us effortlessly from start to end. Their attention to little details is on another level making sure that our rings turn out perfect and just the way we want it. This was one of the highlights of our group’s Vietnam trip!! We all decided to make rings and we learnt so much about jewellery making. I have a newfound appreciation for how jewellery is made and I would not hesitate to come back. Definitely an activity I will be recommending to all my friends and family!

Coldest experience i have ever try for workshop. The hosts of the workshop really friendly, actually everyone there friendly, we talked like we have known each other for a long time. I surprised my friend with a silver workshop by Dieu and her partner. We had a private session and the two of them were so sweet and helpful! We never worked with silver or any of those tools before, but they really made us feel at ease and gave us insightful instructions through each of the steps. Dieu took the time to explain everything about the material. Otherwise they gave us the space to explore the silver workshop and only stepped in when we needed help. Can only recommend this workshop! And their shop downstairs also has a great selection on jewelry where we could spend hours! Thank you again for this lovely experience xx

Ddreamer is a jewelry boutique in the heart of Saigon, with a great selection of unique and timeless silver jewelry. The sales girl was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Being the indecisive guy that I am, she was very helpful in streamlining, my decision-making, and guiding me with the jewelry selections. After my purchases, I inquired about engraving one of the pieces, she informed me it would take 3 to 4 days, with my time being limited, this wasn’t possible. The owner of the store (Dieu) who happened to be present, upon overhearing this conversation said we can do it now. I was escorted upstairs to her workshop where I met her partner, Luis F. They asked what style and font, I would like the script and proceeded to engrave it. They also encourage me to record (video) the process for a memory. Thanks you! Probably one of our favorite things we’ve done in Vietnam!!! Me and my brothers came across this ring making workshop last minute and are so glad we were able to participate! The instructors were so welcoming and encouraging throughout the whole process. Loved learning about how they make all their jewelry from scratch (truly handmade 💕). We also appreciated that they sat back and let us do the whole process ourselves, only stepping in when it was needed! Overall it was an awesome time just laughing and talking to them about life and our Vietnamese roots! As for the rings themselves, we got to stamp and engrave our rings to turn them into sibling rings! Even if you don’t think you’ll be good at it, don’t be scared to try it! 10/10 def recommend!

It were instructed by the lovely pair, it was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through each step of the process with expertise and enthusiasm. The atmosphere was welcoming and conducive to creativity, and I felt inspired throughout the workshop. The facilities were well-equipped, Overall, I highly recommend to anyone interested in learning the art of silver smithing. I could not recommend this workshop enough! Me and my partner had great morning start to finish, making each other a ring with the expert guidance of Dieu & Luis, they were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable all the way through, talking us through and demonstrating each step! They’re also great to chat to, we could have spent all day there! They took photos for us too, they really go above and beyond, 100% worth it! Thank you 🥰

Dieu and Luis were perfect teachers who provided a lot of support and guidance, but ultimately let us create our rings how we wanted. The process is so fun and creative, and we can’t wait to come back to Saigon to make more jewellery!! I would recommend this experience to anyone and everyone!!!

Found Ddreamers through a google search for custom ring making in Saigon, which led me to their Facebook page. Messaged them through Facebook and got a quick response, the request was pretty last minute, but luckily we were able to get 2 seats for a group session. What’s so unique about this workshop is that it’s all hands on, you get to choose your custom design, cut the silver, torch it under fire, saw it.. etc. We chose a pretty complicated design so the whole process took 3 hours to complete. Instructors were knowledgeable and patient. Such a memorable experience and would definitely recommend!
