2. Workshop Terms and Conditions

2.1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

2.1.1. Booking Confirmation: To secure your spot in a workshop, full payment of the workshop fee is required in advance. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment.

2.1.2. Payment Methods: We accept cash and bank transfers. For international customers, we recommend using Wise or Revolut for bank transfers.

2.1.3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your workshop, please inform us at least 4 days before your scheduled date. We will accommodate one rescheduling request per booking at no additional cost.

2.1.4. Late Arrival Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your workshop. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as late arrivals disrupt the workshop flow for other participants.

2.2. Age Restrictions and Requirements

2.2.1. Our workshops are open to participants aged 5 and above.

2.2.2. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2.3. While our workshops are generally child-friendly, parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

2.3. Group Size and Private Workshops

2.3.1. Group sizes may vary depending on the type of workshop. Please check the specific workshop details for group size limitations.

3. Safety Guidelines

3.1. General Workshop Safety

3.1.1. Our workshops involve working with potentially hazardous materials and tools, including fire, hot metals, sharp tools, and chemicals.

3.1.2. Safety instructions will be provided at the beginning of each workshop. It is crucial that you listen carefully and follow all safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to property.

3.1.3. Safety gear, including gloves and protective eyewear, will be provided when necessary. You must wear this gear as instructed.

3.1.4. A first aid kit and fire extinguishers are available in the workshop area.

3.2. Tool and Equipment Usage

3.2.1. You will be instructed on the proper use of all tools and equipment.

3.2.2. Never use any tool or equipment without proper instruction.

3.2.3. If you are unsure about how to use a tool, please ask a staff member for assistance.

3.3. Material Handling

3.3.1. Exercise caution when handling hot metals, particularly silver on top of the fire bricks.

4.1.2. Ddreamer Jewelry, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during workshops or while on our premises.

4.1.3. You will follow all safety instructions and use equipment and materials as directed.

4.2. You understand that jewelry making involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

4.2.2. Cuts or abrasions from sharp tools
4.2.3. Allergic reactions to metals or chemicals
4.2.4. Eye irritation from dust or small particles

4.3. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ddreamer Jewelry from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our workshops or use of our services.

4.4. If you have any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation, you agree to inform Ddreamer Jewelry staff before the workshop begins.

5.1. Designs created during workshops belong to the participant who created them.

5.2. Ddreamer Jewelry retains the right to use photographs or descriptions of designs created in our workshops for promotional purposes. This includes:

5.3. Participants agree not to replicate Ddreamer Jewelry’s business model, workshop structure, or teaching methods without express written permission. This includes:

5.3.1. Not using our workshop curriculum, teaching materials, or proprietary techniques to conduct similar workshops.
5.3.2. Not reproducing or distributing our instructional materials, handouts, or guides.
5.3.3. Not using our business name, logo, or branding elements in any way that might suggest affiliation or endorsement.

6. Photography and Social Media Policy

6.1. Ddreamer Jewelry may photograph or video record workshops for promotional purposes.

6.2. By participating in our workshops, you grant Ddreamer Jewelry permission to use your image in these materials.

6.3. We encourage you to take photos and videos during the workshop and share your experience on social media.

6.4. When posting about your experience, we kindly request that you tag or mention Ddreamer Jewelry.

6.5. We would greatly appreciate your honest review of your experience with us. 9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

9.1. We do not offer refunds for workshops or custom orders.

9.2. If you need to cancel, we will reschedule your booking once at no additional cost, provided you give us at least 4 days’ notice.

9.3. No-shows or cancellations with less than 4 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.

10. Customer-Provided Materials Policy

10.1. Inspection Procedures
