Jewelry Care Guide

We handcraft all of our jewelry with passion in the hopes that you would love it. It will continue to sparkle with appropriate care. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why they come with a two-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

The more diligent you are about taking care of your jewelry, the longer it will last.
Remove your jewelry before taking on any activity that might cause damage to it. e.g., lifting heavy things, swimming, or applying body creams.
As a general rule, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on before leaving your house and the first thing you take off when you get home.
When not in use, store it in a safe, dry location to protect against humidity.
To avoid damage, store your jewelry pieces separately. Before storage, however, make sure the pieces are totally dry.
Certain metals, such as vermeil and sterling silver, are susceptible to tarnishing. To eliminate moisture, we recommend putting your parts in a closed plastic zip bag rather than the packing that came with your order. We always provide a plastic zip bag with your order so that you may properly keep your jewelry.
Cleaning your items on a regular basis helps reduce residue accumulation, which can degrade the original sheen. We sell a specific jewelry cleaning kit that allows you to simply clean your jewelry at home.
Don't forget that we offer free cleaning services for all of our items. You can return your purchased jewelry to our stores for cleaning at any time. It simply takes around 5 minutes, and you may take the jewelry home right away.
