What You’ll Learn
(Advanced Level)
You’ll work hands-on with Sterling Silver 940 and learn how to:
- Saw and shape your silver
- Form and size a ring band or jewelry base
- Create a proper stone seat
- Solder multiple components
- Build prong or bezel settings
- Set your gemstone securely
- File, sand, refine, and polish your final piece
These are skills you can build on if you want to grow into full silversmithing or jewelry design.

You can:

Stone cost is separate and depends on size, cut, and type.
Some stones are not suitable for prong or bezel settings.

- Compatibility with your project and time frame

This workshop is suitable for previous attending customers to our basic workshops to heighten their skills and it’s perfect for creating custom jewelry from scratch, even based on your own sketch or design idea. Just send us your concept in advance so we can prepare accordingly!

We need time to:
- Review your stone (if you bring one)
- Prepare the proper setting tools
- Select the right silver stock
- Plan your session and technique steps

Since this is an advanced workshop, you have more freedom to shape, solder, saw, and refine your jewelry with real control.
